RETRO PAJAMA MAMA PERFECT PANCAKES

Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon white granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ¼ cups whole milk
  • 3 tbsp melted sweet cream salted butter
  • 1 large egg

Directions

In a large bowl, sift all your dry ingredients together, flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Add the milk, melted butter, and egg and whisk together until smooth. It will still remain a little lumpy. 

Heat a lightly oiled seasoned griddle to medium-high heat. Scoop a 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and place on the hot griddle. When bubbles start to form, flip the pancakes. Flip again after a couple of minutes and cook until golden.

Enjoy with toppings of your choice!

Yields approximately 10-11 Pancakes
